SMS Terms & Conditions

Program summary: OnSMS Job Alerts sends text messages about short-term paid work opportunities that match the skills, area, and preferences you selected when you signed up, plus account and transaction messages (verification codes, offer confirmations, job assignments, reminders, and rating requests). Message frequency varies based on job availability and your settings (maximum 4 job alerts per day by default). Message and data rates may apply.

1. Opt-in

You receive OnSMS messages only if you provided your mobile number and expressly agreed to receive them during signup at onsms.com or in the OnSMS app, or by texting an opt-in keyword (e.g., JOBS or TRABAJO) to our number and confirming. Consent to receive job alerts is not a condition of purchasing any good or service.

2. Opt-out

Reply STOP (or ALTO) to any OnSMS message at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to re-subscribe. You may also update alert preferences or pause alerts in your account settings.

3. Help

Reply HELP (or AYUDA) to any message, email support@onsms.com, or visit onsms.com/help.

4. Supported carriers & liability

Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and network availability.

5. Privacy

Your mobile number and messaging data are handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile number, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

6. Eligibility & changes

You must be 18 or older and the account holder or have authorization for the mobile number provided. We may modify or terminate the program at any time; material changes will be posted here.

Resumen: OnSMS envía mensajes de texto sobre oportunidades de trabajo pagado de corto plazo que coinciden con las habilidades, zona y preferencias que usted seleccionó, además de mensajes de cuenta (códigos de verificación, confirmaciones de oferta, asignaciones, recordatorios y solicitudes de calificación). La frecuencia de mensajes varía (máximo 4 alertas de trabajo por día por defecto). Pueden aplicar tarifas de mensajes y datos.

Inscripción: Solo recibe mensajes si proporcionó su número y aceptó expresamente recibirlos al registrarse en onsms.com, en la app, o enviando la palabra TRABAJO a nuestro número y confirmando. El consentimiento no es condición de ninguna compra.

Cancelar: Responda ALTO (o STOP) en cualquier momento. Recibirá una confirmación final y no se enviarán más mensajes. Responda START para volver a suscribirse.
